**Job Summary**
As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be part of a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center operation, working closely with our team to ensure optimal member experience and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a 24/7 high-volume contact center environment
* Provide information regarding blithequark's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
* Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other products
* Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs, providing opportunities for positive member interaction and engagement
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Proficiency in multiple software systems and technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of financial products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
