Manager, Compliance Assurance and Automation
                                Job Description:
• Pioneer and operationalize a second-line-of-defense compliance assurance function for product-related compliance
• Translate regulatory requirements into effective controls and own control documentation and the compliance register
• Design, build, and oversee automation to continuously monitor and test that compliance controls operate as intended
• Conduct compliance assessments and audits to evaluate adherence to laws, regulations, policies, and standards
• Develop and oversee data collection, validation, and reporting for compliance reviews and regulatory reporting
• Partner with Legal, HR, Product, Operations, and other teams to embed compliance requirements into policies and processes
• Support remediation efforts and provide detailed reporting and insights to inform leadership and strengthen compliance posture
• Deliver scalable compliance approaches, detailed reporting, and drive continuous improvements in compliance workflows
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or a related field
• Proven track record of executing compliance programs in a fast-paced environment, preferably in technology or finance sectors
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Experience conducting audits, testing controls, and reporting findings
• Experience working cross-functionally to align on compliance standards and reporting processes
• Demonstrated experience building automated solutions for compliance operations
• Certifications such as the CIA, CISA, CRISC, or accreditation by industry bodies such as ACAMS are preferred but not required
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to execute at the lowest level of detail and work autonomously
• Experience embedding compliance requirements into policies and processes
