About the Role: Customer Success Agent (Freelance/Contractor)

What We're Looking For: Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher in both), with Swiss German and/or French being a plus.
  • A passion for spreading the word about sustainable investing and blithequark's mission, with a strong commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, empathy for customer needs, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and standard office applications (e.g., G-Suite, MS Office).
  • Experience with phone and email support, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Curiosity about finance and sustainable investing, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
