Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to facilitate the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Puerto Rico, with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the QC personnel to ensure the production process is streamlined and efficient, maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • No experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is a plus, and we welcome applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals looking to start their career
  • High school diploma or GED required, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of 60 words per minute or higher, with accuracy and efficiency

  • Basic knowledge of legal terminology and procedures, with a willingness to learn and expand knowledge
