Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Chat Specialist to handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal downtime
  • Develop relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and recommendations
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, utilizing your knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Promote interest in client products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing valuable insights to customers
