Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• The ability to multi-task, maintaining a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and performing well in a fast-paced environment.
• Display skill in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers.

• A high school graduate or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
• The ability to pass a background check, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information.
