Key Responsibilities

 - Load and validate customer system data, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
 - Create online versions of customer documents with data tagging, utilizing Word and PDF templates
 - Develop and deliver training sessions, including scheduling and setting up webinars with customers, to ensure they maximize the benefits of our platform
 - Utilize our Knowledge Base to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently, continuously improving our support services
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer support and operations
 - Preferred 2 years of experience in customer support or operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
