About the Role

As a Customer Service (Operations Support) Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for configuring our cloud-based platform, providing general customer support assistance, and working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer support. Your expertise in customer support will enable you to thrive in our fast-paced growth environment. This full-time position is located in our Abilene, TX office, where you will be part of an exciting and dynamic team that values excellence, integrity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone and email customer support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Answer troubleshooting calls, build platform knowledge, and provide technical assistance to customers
  • Create and manage configurations of the blithequark SaaS system for customers, ensuring seamless on-boarding and integration
  • Load and validate customer system data, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Create online versions of customer documents with data tagging, utilizing Word and PDF templates
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, including scheduling and setting up webinars with customers, to ensure they maximize the benefits of our platform
  • Utilize our Knowledge Base to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently, continuously improving our support services

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer support and operations
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in customer support or operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to gather accurate information, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions
