Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Utilizing computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the check-in process, ensuring all customers have the necessary documentation for travel.
  • Guiding and assisting customers with the ticketing and baggage check-in process, providing clear and concise information to facilitate a seamless travel experience.
  • Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks, including transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts, and handling items at various levels, all while practicing safety-conscious behaviors.
  • Assisting customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, utilizing computers to provide information on seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, and managing the boarding process.
  • Operating jet ways and performing tasks related to aircraft preparation, such as lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors, all with a focus on safety and efficiency.
