**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through chats and tickets, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
* Collaborating with clients to understand their product offerings and services, and providing expert guidance to customers
* Working closely with the blithequark team to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results
* Staying up-to-date with client requirements and adapting to changing project needs
* Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in high-volume customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Fluency in English writing and speaking, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers
* Experience working with company escalation policies and procedures
* Full access to a work computer that meets minimum requirements
* Access to a high-speed and stable internet connection
* A quiet work environment free from distractions
* Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your phone

As a remote worker, you will be responsible for creating a dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's requirements. This includes:

**Commitment**
We are seeking candidates who can commit to:
* 25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust as needed
