**Job Description**
As a Senior Associate in our Multifamily Customer Engagement team, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing customer network development and customer support activities, as well as supporting customer engagement opportunities. You'll work closely with executives and staff managers to plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain customer relationships across business units and/or customer accounts, striving to do what's right for our customers
* Partner with internal stakeholders across the Multifamily Division to drive transaction management activities
* Participate in relationship management of lender partners and/or select borrower relationships
* Promote and sell blithequark's products and services to ensure access to affordable financing opportunities for individuals across the country
* Provide support for operational activities, including subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations for teams across the organization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
**The Experience You Bring to the Team**
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, Multifamily, underwriting, banking, finance, or accounting
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Influencing skills, including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
* Relationship management skills, including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and building relationship networks
* Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
* Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
* Proficient in Excel and Salesforce CRM
