Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. * **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service. * **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store Environment**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader. * **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures. * **Ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products). * **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
