PBD Worldwide is currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Representatives to deliver Superior Service Every Time!
The key responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative are as follows:
Processes Client eMail, chat, faxes, and lockbox with accuracy and adherence to process (i.e. FIFO)
Specialty Orders and Process Handling
Client chat support
Customer Service phone support
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while delivering superior customer service via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate and timely product and service information
Provide prompt and accurate order completion
Prompt completion of account correspondence (eMail, chat, fax, etc.)
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous inbound call center experience
Problem solving skills
Excellent computer, typing and 10-key skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
