 Provide real-time support to customers via live chat
 Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting
 Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
 Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong problem-solving abilities
 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
 Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
 Proficiency in typing and computer skills
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support preferred
