Reading Specialist Job - New Hampshire Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and eager Virtual Reading Specialist to provide targeted intervention for students in a school located in New Hampshire. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the students. Responsibilities: • Deliver virtual reading instruction tailored to the specific needs of one middle school student. • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to improve reading fluency, comprehension, and overall literacy skills. • Monitor progress and adjust instructional plans as needed. • Collaborate with the school and family to ensure alignment of goals and strategies. • Not all duties listed here. Qualifications: • Valid New Hampshire Reading Specialist certification (required). • Experience working with middle school students, particularly in reading intervention. • Proficiency with virtual teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and maintain a structured schedule.
