Required Skills • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent clinical license. • An active and unrestricted New York license is required. • Proficiency in delivering counseling services to a diverse client base using various therapeutic modalities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to being a trusted partner in healthcare transformation.
