About the position The Teller Manager is responsible for leading a team of service colleagues in a banking environment, ensuring a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. This role involves day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development of team members to achieve operational excellence and meet store goals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. Responsibilities ? Lead and manage a team of service colleagues to promote a positive customer and colleague experience. , ? Provide day-to-day leadership and work direction to ensure effective service delivery. , ? Coach and develop colleagues to achieve operational excellence and store goals. , ? Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in all service activities. , ? Foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal development within the team. Requirements ? Proven experience in a leadership role within a banking or financial services environment. , ? Strong understanding of banking operations and compliance regulations. , ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team. , ? Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Nice-to-haves ? Experience with customer relationship management systems. , ? Knowledge of financial products and services offered by the bank. , ? Previous experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
