The Role: As a Virtual Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in providing an amazing client experience. You will manage patient interactions with professionalism and compassion, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our front desk activities from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner via phone, email, and video calls. Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments using our practice management software. Verifying patient insurance details and managing billing inquiries.
