Here, you will make an impact by:

• Implementing new digital tools, training, best practice replication, and Pattern Marketplace processes
• Supporting new product development, customer troubleshooting, and global application engineering for product portfolio
• Building a deep understanding of customer needs, gaps, and competition in assigned market focused areas and provide “Voice of Customer” new product ideas and competitive analysis

Support strategy and content development for online and offline execution. Support strategy includes identifying and tracking level 1 and level 2 performance KPIs, setting goals and accountability to SLA requirementsDevelops training strategy, content, SOPs and training key stakeholders regularly as the software and program evolves.Translate customer needs from regular VOC sessions into product development recommendation for POs to prioritize within the roadmap and competitive comparison benchmarketingDevelop expertise within the organization to help Global and Area stakeholders implement new software successfully for our customers and grow salesCollaborate with product development teams, channel partners and business teams to identify future business opportunities, product improvement needs and issues preventing commercializationSupport and troubleshoot concerns for sales professionals & end-users with installation and onboarding activitiesYour Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School diploma / GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Three (3) years of experience in Personal Auto industry
• Three (3) years of experience in the auto film industry (software, graphics, color, window tint, paint protection)
• Current, valid Driver’s License

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years of experience using pattern software and cutting tools
• Experience with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Power BI
• Excellent communication & organizational skills (written, verbal, listening and presentation)
• Ability to efficiently analyze, problem solve and implement solutions
• Experience using digital tools (cameras, software, and other video/virtual tools)

Company VehicleThis position may require driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionWork location: St. Paul, MN

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to the St. Paul office at least 3 days per week)
