- Identify and Acquire New Clients: Proactively prospect and establish relationships across all SPAR business divisions, targeting national retailers, manufacturers, and CPG companies through networking, cold-calling, digital outreach, trade shows, and industry events.
- Strategic Business Development: Build and execute strategic plans to consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, enhancing SPAR's market position and profitability.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Employ a consultative sales approach to clearly articulate the value of SPAR’s integrated solutions, fostering lasting client partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive proposals and tailored solutions that align with customer goals and enhance client satisfaction.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Effectively manage pipeline development through diligent CRM usage, proactive follow-ups, and converting digital and website inquiries into tangible business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-4 years of proven success in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles.
- Strong proficiency with digital tools including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and remote collaboration platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently within competitive markets.
- Proven track record engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers in strategic sales discussions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an ability to effectively influence and build rapport.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, determination, and a passion for business growth.
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills and an ability to manage complex sales cycles.
