For more information, visit www.rakuten.com.Job Summary:Rakuten is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to support our Account Executives in delivering exceptional client service and driving revenue growth for a portfolio of key merchant partners. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing strategic initiatives, managing campaign performance, and fostering strong relationships with merchants, affiliate networks, and agency partners. You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of advertising campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.Key Responsibilities:Partner with Account Executives to develop and implement strategic solutions that align with merchant partners' key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate cross-functionally with site operations, marketing, and creative teams to ensure commission offers, cash-back promotions, and advertising assets are correctly implemented.Analyze merchant performance, campaign deal structures, and forecasting to create data-driven campaign proposals and optimize results.Generate and distribute weekly and ad hoc reports to provide performance insights for the sales team.Prepare reporting and insights for conferences and client meetings throughout the year.Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, affiliate networks, and agency partners to drive long-term partnerships.Respond to inbound merchant inquiries and educate new advertisers about Rakuten’s program and media opportunities.Communicate and collaborate effectively with a distributed team across multiple time zones.Utilize Salesforce to create and manage advertising proposals and insertion orders (IOs), presenting them to merchants as needed.Oversee inventory availability, maintain account records, and ensure all campaign agreements are accurately documented.Capture campaign placement screenshots and maintain proper documentation for reporting.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a strong track record of supporting sales teams and working directly with clients.
