Position Type: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 20 hours/week)About the RoleA fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand in the health and wellness space is seeking an experienced and data-driven eCommerce Manager to take ownership of our online sales channels. You’ll play a central role in driving revenue growth, optimizing customer journeys, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and international marketplaces.This is a strategic and hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, digitally native environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, international storefronts).Optimize site merchandising, navigation, and content to improve conversion rates and user experience.Monitor and analyze key eCommerce metrics (traffic, AOV, CVR, etc.) to drive performance improvements.Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align site promotions, launches, and campaigns.Oversee product listings, pricing updates, and inventory accuracy across all channels.Ensure smooth site performance, working with developers and designers on UX/UI enhancements when needed.Manage platform integrations, apps, and tools related to eCommerce operations.Track customer journey data and help implement optimizations across funnel stages.QualificationsRequired: Proven experience managing eCommerce operations for a consumer brand or online retailer.Hands-on expertise with Shopify (Amazon and international marketplace experience a strong bonus).Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data using tools like Google Analytics , Excel , or similar platforms.Deep understanding of DTC customer behavior and online shopping trends.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, product, customer experience, and tech teams.Knowledge of SEO, CRO, product merchandising, and promotional strategies.Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills.Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment across time zones.Work Structure & Hiring ProcessOpen to both full-time and part-time candidates (minimum 20 hours/week).Candidates will be asked to complete a short test task to assess eCommerce acumen.Role begins with a trial period (approximately 14 days) to confirm fit before long-term engagement.Excited to scale a global eCommerce operation?
