- Responsibilities
- Process prescription requests and input patient prescription/demographic data in systems ,
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers ,
- Handle 30-60 inbound calls a day ,
- Make outbound calls to provider offices, as needed ,
- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams in the coordination of prescription orders ,
- Ensure electronic customer database is maintained in a timely and accurate manner
- Requirements
- Current Illinois Pharmacy Technician license ,
- 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
