Problem Resolution: Skillfully listen to customer concerns, identify root causes of issues (e.g., missed connections, service discrepancies), and provide effective, compassionate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Policy & Procedure Adherence: Accurately apply American Airlines policies, procedures, and governmental regulations to all customer interactions and transactions. Accurate Documentation: Meticulously document all customer interactions, inquiries, issues, and resolutions within American Airlines' reservation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
