Delta Airlines is seeking dedicated and professional Virtual Assistants to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management and operational teams, ensuring the highest level of service and efficiency. This role is critical in managing various administrative tasks, allowing our core teams to focus on strategic initiatives and customer service excellence.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing other administrative tasks as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-centric mindset.

    Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
    Responsibilities
  • Manage executives’ schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Handle correspondence and email management
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Perform market research as required
  • Other administrative tasks as needed to support the team

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
