Responsibilities: í® Build out a targeted portfolio of clientele whose needs align with CereHiveíªs product offerings í® Conduct a variety of canvassing methodologies through a plethora of proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business, including extensive video outreach and cold calling í® Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements í® Close sales and secure signed contracts for our product offerings í® Educate customers over CereHiveíªs unique features within each plan to assist customer in their purchasing decision to the appropriate tier offering í® Navigate and manage renewals with customers í® Identify and establish new relationships with decision makers in new accounts as you work relentlessly to bring in new logos í® Consistently deliver a white-glove experience to both our prospects and existing customers í® Attend industry networking events to increase and leverage your network along with developing professionally í® Properly document conversations and activity within CereHiveíªs Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system í® Exceed expectations set forth by leadership to achieve promotion towards exciting career path options í® Multitask daily and act in a decisive manner with confidence and ownership in the decisions you make í® Roughly 25% travel required to visit strategic prospects and customers when necessary
Requirements: í® Consistently at least met quota year over year in current/previous business development role í® Results driven individual who wants to be successful and be part of a winning team í® Possess a í«huntingí¬ as opposed to í«farmingí¬ mindset í® High risk appetite í® At least one year of business development experience í® Exemplify CereHiveíªs Hive Code (https://www.cerehive.com/about) in and outside of work í® Be financially driven í® Growth mindset as opposed to fixed mindset í® Excellent verbal and written communication skills í® A "glass half-full" mentality í® High sense of urgency and strong work ethic í® Willingness to learn and be challenged í® Team-oriented mentality í® Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
