We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging data to enhance the customer experience.Key Responsibilities: Â Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Â Resolve customer inquiries and complaints by providing accurate information and solutions. Â Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Â Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time and customer satisfaction. Â Utilize analytics tools to track trends and provide feedback for improving processes. Â Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and services.
Qualifications: Â 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. Â Strong verbal and written communication skills. Â Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Â Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry. Â Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. Â Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with analytics tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
 Experience working in a data-driven or analytics-focused environment.
 Knowledge of customer service metrics and reporting.
 Bilingual abilities are a plus.
