In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide support on various issues, and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Â Assist customers by phone, email, or chat with inquiries, order issues, and general support. Â Accurately input and update customer data and order information into internal systems. Â Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Â Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution. Â Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Â Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support is a plus. Â Strong typing skills (minimum of 40 words per minute). Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Â Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Â Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Â Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet access. Â Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
