Requirements • Valid Real Estate License is required. , • Prior sales experience is a plus, but training is provided for suitable candidates. , • Strong communication skills for clear and timely client follow-up. , • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. , • Tech-savvy and able to learn real estate-specific CRM systems and lead generation tools.
