About the position Responsibilities • Adhere to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state, and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures. • Follow up on individual workload and take appropriate action when agreed targets are not met. • Work within a fast-paced environment and take initiative for problem-solving. • Demonstrate effective multitasking and critical thinking skills when working on different tasks with the team. • Actively maintain a cooperative and friendly working environment. • Take ownership of difficult tasks. • Respond via the most efficient channel (e.g., phone, e-mail, letter, etc.). • Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills. • Effectively manage time to complete job responsibilities and tasks. • Prioritize work by knowing the most effective and efficient processes to accomplish tasks, focusing on continuous improvement. Requirements • Must have a private dedicated workspace that is free of distractions. • High school diploma or GED. • 1 year of experience in a call center preferred. • Ability to work in collaboration with a team. • Proficient in typing. • Knowledge of MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint) preferred. • Internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
