Amazon Healthcare Fulfillment & Listing Specialist (Contract / Part-time)

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-11-03
Scope of Work 1. Fulfillment Strategy • Evaluate and compare Amazon FBA vs. Seller-Fulfilled Prime (SFP) via 3PL—timeline, cost, SLA, inventory prep, and per-unit fees. • Configure shipment plans, prep requirements (temperature control, HazMat flags, expiration dates), and inbound routing. 2. Category & Compliance Setup • Secure Amazon approval for restricted healthcare / medical-device categories (e.g., OTC test kits, health & personal care). • Advise on 510(k)/CLIA, product safety, listing documentation, and any necessary exemptions or SDS files. 3. Listing Creation & Optimization • Draft and publish A+ detail pages: titles, bullets, backend keywords, images, and video. • Craft compliant healthcare copy (claims, disclaimers, directions for use). • Set up variations, supply chain transparency, and serialization if needed. 4. Advertising & Launch • Plan and execute Sponsored Products / Brands campaigns and DSP retargeting. • Provide 30-day and 90-day launch KPIs (TACoS, CVR, review velocity). 5. Ongoing Management & Reporting • Weekly performance dashboards (inventory, buy-box, ads, reviews). • Troubleshoot account health, policy warnings, and stranded SKUs. ⸻ Must-Have Experience • 3+ Amazon launches in health, medical devices, OTC or regulated consumer products. • Hands-on with FBA prep and Seller-Fulfilled Prime onboarding (including the new 2025 SFP performance metrics). • Proven record obtaining approval in restricted categories and navigating documentation (FDA, 510(k), SDS, CE, etc.). • Strong grasp of Amazon compliance language—what you can and cannot claim in listings/ads. • Data-driven approach to PPC bid management and keyword research (Helium 10, Pacvue, or similar). Nice-to-Have • Experience integrating 3PLs that maintain temperature-controlled storage. • Background in CLIA-regulated or LDT lab products. • Familiarity with Walmart Marketplace or other channels for future expansion. ⸻ Engagement Details • Start: ASAP (target go-live within 4–6 weeks) • Hours: 10–20 hrs/week for first 2 months; option to extend for maintenance. • Location: Remote (U.S. preferred for healthcare regulations). • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or milestone-based—tell us what you need. ⸻ How to Apply Please send: 1. Brief intro & availability. 2. Two relevant case studies (link or PDF). 3. Your proposed roadmap for getting an at-home test kit Prime-eligible, including high-level timeline and key checkpoints. We’ll review applications on a rolling basis and aim to hire within two weeks. Looking forward to working with an expert who can make our Amazon launch smooth, compliant, and profitable!
