Job Overview
We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Outbound Wine Advisors. This role is ideal for those with a passion for sales, customer service, and the wine industry, looking to work in a dynamic, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to existing customers to provide expert advice on our extensive wine portfolio, enhancing their shopping experience and fostering brand loyalty.
 - Maximize sales opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies, promoting profitable products that meet customers' needs and preferences.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, reflecting interactions and preferences to ensure personalized service.
 - Stay abreast of our evolving products and services, developing a comprehensive knowledge base to address customer inquiries and provide informed recommendations.
 - Implement creative problem-solving skills to increase customer retention, resolving issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
 - Handle multiple customer inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and speed, utilizing excellent communication skills to build strong customer relationships.
 
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
 - Experience in supporting luxury brand products and services, with a keen understanding of what drives customer loyalty and satisfaction.
 - Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
 - High school diploma required; college degree preferred, with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, or a related field.
 - Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
 - Background in supporting consumer products and/or services, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering outstanding service experiences.
