We're Minder, a pioneering national telehealth company specializing in neuropsychology, and we're seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a remote team member, you'll play a vital role in helping patients access expert diagnoses and treatments for cognitive disorders, making a real difference in their lives.
About the Role:
In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, scheduling patients, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help us deliver on our mission to provide faster and more affordable diagnoses and treatments for patients across the country. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound sales calls to help patients and their families decide to book our services
- Verify insurance coverage, submit pre-authorizations, and follow up with potential patients
- Schedule appointments, reschedule as needed, and follow up with patients on status updates
- Provide weekly sales updates to the operations manager and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- 10+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on empathy and patient care
- 5+ years of medical receptionist experience, including insurance verification and scheduling
- 5+ years of inbound sales experience, with a proven track record of success
- Strong computer and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Highly self-motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
What We Offer:
- Competitive base pay: $42,000 - $49,000 per year, depending on experience
- Potential Annual Bonus of up to $5,000
