Job Description:
- Providing guidance and direction to external vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to support revenue integrity initiatives
- Leading the integration of data from various sources, identifying gaps, and developing process improvements to increase efficiency
- Serving as a business lead for system design and testing new capabilities, as well as evaluating vendor performance and data quality
- Driving change management and process improvements to support business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and validation processes are in place
- Reviewing and assessing assignments, including recording and evaluating internal controls
- Conducting periodic updates of analytical schedules and departmental production systems
- Exploring and evaluating alternative solutions to address business needs
Required Capabilities:
- Experience with IT application development lifecycles and methodologies
- Ability to influence others by transforming data into meaningful and actionable insights
- Proficiency in SAS, SAS EG, Python, and SQL server for data analysis and reporting
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Vendor management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform testing and quality assurance activities
- Participation in system design and implementation
- Ability to review and validate reporting accuracy against source documents and databases
