Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, develop analytical frameworks, and ensure data quality across the Apple ecosystem.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact product performance, user engagement, and business outcomes.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Predictive Modeling: Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast future trends, identify potential risks, and optimize resource allocation.
- A/B Testing Analysis: Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and product changes.
- Data Mining & Exploration: Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights and identify new opportunities for innovation.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with engineering, product management, marketing, and other teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Data Governance & Quality: Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay Current: Continuously research and evaluate new data analysis tools and techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, Python (or R), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Statistical Modeling: Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and time series analysis.
- Data Warehousing: Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Ecosystem Understanding: Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of products and services is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
