As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues related to commercial aircraft spare parts orders.
About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate information about our products, services, and processes. You'll work collaboratively with our internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, analyze data to identify trends, and support our Customer Program Managers in maintaining reports and managing customer expectations. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues and providing timely updates on order status and delivery requirements
 - Retrieve, research, and resolve customer emails and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
 - Analyze customer spare parts requirement inquiries, facilitate responses, and resolve delivery problems
 - Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer order delivery requirements, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders
 - Manage multiple orders and research lists for specific customers, identifying trends and areas for improvement
 - Support Customer Program Managers by maintaining reports, customer data, and managing customer expectations
 
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a support organization, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
 - 1+ year of experience interfacing with external customers and responding to support requests, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 - 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
 - Basic knowledge of Supply Chain principles, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our dynamic environment
 - Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, midnight shifts, and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 12 hours each day)
 
Nice-to-Haves:
- 1+ year of experience in aviation or aerospace, preferably in a customer service/support environment
 - 1+ year of experience with SAP in support of Supply Chain functions, or similar ERP systems
 - 1+ year of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, systems, and processes
 - 1+ year of experience working with supply chain strategies (e.g., inventory reduction, parts kitting, supplier consolidation, optimum flow, lead-time reduction)
 - Adaptability to changing environments and customer needs, with a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement
