Temporary Labor Program Lead (Temp)

About the position Responsibilities • Source, screen, and promote qualified technical and non-technical candidates for contingent roles across multiple departments. • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and offer strategic recruitment support. • Lead staffing inquiry and intake calls, providing expert guidance on the contingent labor program and related run rules. • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle for the contingent workforce, from onboarding to offboarding. • Deliver both regular and ad-hoc operational reports, offering insights into the effectiveness of the contingent labor program. • Support employee relations efforts by assisting with performance concerns, disciplinary actions, investigations, terminations, and other workplace matters. Requirements • A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience. • Experience in Talent Acquisition or Contingent Labor programs. • Experience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems. • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods. Nice-to-haves • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues. • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations. • Experience working with WorkDay is highly desirable. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Comfortably making decisions independently.
