Are you passionate about delivering high-quality software and have a sharp eye for detail? Join our dynamic team as a Manual QA Engineer. We’re looking for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, takes ownership of testing outcomes, and contributes meaningfully to client satisfaction through rigorous quality assurance. Please note that this position is currently aligned with a future opportunity. We are in the process of reviewing profiles and engaging in initial conversations to proactively build our pipeline for upcoming roles. Key Responsibilities • Execute manual test cases and analyze results across various web-based platforms, including occasional work with Salesforce and AccelQ • Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and define appropriate test strategies • Identify, document, and track bugs using issue management tools • Perform regression testing to ensure new updates don’t impact existing features • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and interpret functional and testing requirements • Create clear, comprehensive, and structured test plans and test cases • Contribute to process improvements that enhance product quality and testing efficiency Required Skills and Experience • Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester or QA Engineer across web or SaaS platforms • Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices • Experience designing and executing test cases, and reporting findings in a structured format • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with Agile development processes and sprint-based testing • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to testing tools like AccelQ, and platforms like Salesforce • Certification in QA or software testing (e.g., ISTQB) • Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting • Experience with exploratory testing, usability testing, or performance validation • Understanding of accessibility standards or compliance testing is a plus Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Advanced English proficiency preferred We’re excited to welcome a detail-oriented QA professional who values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
