This Seasonal position requires availability to be scheduled a minimum of 4 hours per shift, minimum of 12 hours per week, availability to work additional hours during Peak Weeks. Schedules vary weekly. Position Details Work Environment: Embrace the convenience of working from the comfort of your home with this exciting remote opportunity! Training: Training time for this position is very important as it creates the foundation for your ability to take care of our customers. Position training takes place during the first two weeks after your start date. You will need to be available 25 hours each week for these first two weeks to ensure training completion. Mandatory live classes held on Mondays and Fridays. What You'll Do: Customer Service Excellence: • Promptly answer incoming calls, delivering world-class service that exceeds customer expectations. • Expertly manage inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns with precision and enthusiasm, while seamlessly assisting customers in placing orders over the phone. • Effectively communicate sales and promotions. • Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills. Problem Solving and Expertise: • Provide innovative solutions for issues like defective items, lost orders, and refunds. • Develop expertise in navigating the Duluth Trading website to assist customers. • Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits. Knowledge and Accuracy: • Maintain solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies. • Capture and maintain accurate customer information. Performance and Compliance: • Proactively resolve customer concerns within empowered boundaries. • Meet and exceed Key Performance metrics. • Adhere to company policies and procedures. Additional Responsibilities: • Participate in training programs aimed at skill enhancement, encompassing individual and group coaching, role-playing exercises, and skills training. • Perform special assignments as directed. Organizational Job Functions Collaboration: • Work with the team to achieve departmental and company goals. What We're Looking For: • High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered). • Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred. • Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication skills for professional phone interactions. • Knowledge of Duluth Trading Company products. • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm. • Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling. • At least 1 year of relevant experience. • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Successful completion of all required training programs is essential to maintain the role and ensure continued professional growth and development.
