Overview: Sauls Commercial Real Estate is actively seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial professional to join our team with a focus on self-storage investment sales throughout Florida. This is a commission-only role designed for individuals eager to grow their income through performance, relationship-building, and specialization in a high-demand asset class. Our agents benefit from the ability to specialize in specific regions and asset types—this role will focus exclusively on building and servicing a pipeline of self-storage facility owners and investors in Florida. Duties and Essential Functions: · Master commercial real estate analysis and brokerage. · Identify and secure new deal opportunities. · Proactively and consistently engage with commercial property owners/investors. · Conduct daily outreach calls to investment property owners with confidence and tenacity. · Guide potential clients through property visits and highlight key property features. · Draft letters of intent, listing agreements, and facilitate purchase and sale negotiations. · Streamline marketing and transaction efforts by coordinating with various stakeholders. · Keep thorough and organized records of client interactions in the database. · Participate in local, state and national networking and industry events to build connections. · Deliver insightful financial analysis and investment property assessments to clients. · Use the company’s tools, resources, and technology to foster client relationships and drive business. · Fulfill other responsibilities as directed by management. Requirements: · Active Real Estate License. · 1+ years of sales experience (preferred but not mandatory); 3-5 years for senior-level roles. · Resilient, self-starting attitude with a drive to succeed. · Strong written and verbal communication abilities. · Demonstrated skill in prospecting and securing new accounts. · Exceptional organizational skills to consistently engage with a wide client network. · Proficiency in financial analysis and investment property evaluation. · Solid mathematical abilities. · Reliable, ethical, and capable of thriving independently or within a team. · Hardworking mindset with a desire to learn and grow. · Unyielding determination to achieve professional and financial goals.
