Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive sales growth. You will leverage your skills in negotiation, communication, and customer service to engage with prospects and nurture relationships that lead to successful business development. Responsibilities • Take inbound calls to generate leads and identify potential clients. • Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts. • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and customer service. • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation techniques and improve conversion rates. • Assist in the development of marketing materials that support lead generation initiatives. Requirements • No experience necessary. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is a plus. • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to work independently.
