Short-Term Virtual Assistant for Admin Tasks & Interview Support (1–2 hrs/day)

I’m seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with light admin work during my business pre-launch phase. This is a short-term role (1–2 hours per day, Monday through Friday) Your Tasks Will Include: Making short screening calls to job applicants (basic script provided) Sending and responding to follow-up emails Updating notes and ratings in Google Sheets Organizing applicant info Helping with basic scheduling or admin follow-ups Pay: $8–$10/hour (Please submit your best offer within this range) Hours: 1–2 hours per day during U.S. Eastern Time hours (Naples, Florida time) Requirements: Fluent English speaker with a calm, professional phone presence Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets Highly organized and dependable Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly Please record a 1-minute Loom or voice message introducing yourself and explaining why you're the best fit for this role.
