About the position
Responsibilities
• Guide small groups and individuals in learning how to use Apple products effectively.
• Facilitate training sessions and presentations to enhance customer understanding.
• Listen to customers' needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Interact with store customers between scheduled sessions to provide assistance.
• Promote an inclusive environment by respecting differences and encouraging curiosity.
• Support team members by assisting with sales and other in-store services.
Requirements
• Passion for education and ability to instruct through hands-on learning.
• Experience teaching small groups and multiple customers simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with users and understand their goals.
• Self-motivated and able to adhere to a structured training schedule.
• Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
Nice-to-haves
• Comfortable with selling as well as teaching.
• Ability to recommend in-store support options like business services and the Genius Bar.
