Director-Solutions Architect
About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead a team to drive digitization and automation initiatives.
• Partner and matrix manage partner organizations to drive process transformation.
• Develop lead practices around SPM and PPM.
• Strategic planning and portfolio prioritization of key transformational initiatives across multi-stakeholder groups.
• Manage transformational initiatives ensuring alignment to value-based outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholder groups to optimize, define, and analyze business processes and digitalization requirements.
• Oversee development of digitization and automation initiatives with internal/external development teams.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Resource management at the workstream level.
• Communicate executive updates across stakeholder organizations on priorities and status.
• Collaborate with key executive stakeholders to identify and prioritize digitalization and automation requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience effectively communicating complex business and technical topics to all levels of the organization.
• Understanding of workflow automation, data, and information security.
• Ability to quickly learn and work with new emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Experience in problem solving and decision making, identifying risks and assessing solutions.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills.
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional discussions and driving alignment.
Nice-to-haves
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience related to selling IT and managed telecommunications solutions.
• Architecture experience in conceptualization, definition, and development of IT and/or telecom-based products and services.
• Experience with ServiceNow PaaS across ITSM/TSM, ITOM/TSOM, OMT, CSM, and SPM.
• Familiarity with software-defined networking, programming languages (HTML, Java, Python), APIs, RPA, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and large SaaS platforms (SFDC, Slack, etc.).
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies and platforms.
• ITIL Foundations or similar certification.
• Experience in sales or service of Fortune 500 companies.
