Ecommerce Virtual Assistant (Shopify, Airtable, Meta Ads) – Ongoing, Part-Time
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to join our team on an ongoing basis. The role will involve:
- Setting up and managing products on our ecommerce platform (Shopify, Storyblok). Note, our setup is quite custom.
- Sourcing data from platforms including Airtable and Notion.
- Assisting with setting up and managing ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience with Shopify is preferred.
- Familiarity with Airtable and Notion is a plus.
Job Details:
- Ongoing role (approx. 2 hours per day).
- Flexible working hours, but must be reliable and consistent.
