Requirements

• Bac+5 degree (engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a demanding digital environment, at least partly in the banking/insurance sector
• Strategic digital project piloting and design thinking workshop animation
• Complex program coordination and reporting to decision-making instances
• Global digital vision mobilization and functional team leadership
• Commercial development contribution (proposals, pitches)
• Mastering the complete life cycle of a product, from conception to production, in direct link with clients
• Agile framework evolution and rituals application
• Ease with new technologies and emerging digital uses
• Rigor and creativity in structuring approaches and proposing innovative solutions
• Team federation, informed decision-making, and approach adjustment
• Impactful communication with teams and adaptation of message to interlocutors
