About the Role: Customer Care Professional
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as an American Express Data Entry specialist. Key Responsibilities:
- Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and managers to understand their needs and suggest the right American Express SBS products
- Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other aspects of American Express Small Business Services
- Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
- Record important account data according to established policies and procedures
- Maintain integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
- Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available

- Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
