Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Central Selling Manager at Workwarp, you will be responsible for managing and driving the performance of our Central Selling Supervisor team, conducting forecasting and analysis to establish recruiting and hiring needs, and leading the implementation of sales strategies to achieve business goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and driving Central Selling Supervisor team performance to identify and address team performance needs, providing regular feedback and development opportunities to direct reports, and conducting performance management for direct reports.
  • Conducting forecasting and analysis of day-to-day operations by the Central Selling Team to establish recruiting and hiring needs for long-term production.
  • Leading our Central Selling programs within an assigned region to ensure the achievement of sales, margin, close rate, and profitability goals.
  • Managing your own work stream to meet customer and business needs by translating business plans into tactical action items, communicating goals and objectives, overseeing work assignments, and aligning team efforts.
  • Accountable for measuring progress in achieving results, identifying and addressing improvement opportunities, and assuming responsibility for decision-making.
  • Effectively motivating and engaging employees while creating an environment that celebrates team success, seeking feedback, and creating recognition programs.
  • Providing feedback to the Central Selling Director regarding process and department opportunities with recommendations to solve.
  • Leading implementation strategies for new capabilities as assigned by the Director.
  • Establishing feedback loops for Central Selling, Stores, and Provider Leadership Teams.
  • Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver Central Selling departmental objectives.
  • Hiring, coaching, and developing district-level leaders, providing meaningful development opportunities for individuals in preparation for succession planning.
  • Monitoring industry trends to identify and present opportunities for business improvement and/or growth.
  • Ensuring plans are in place for hiring, training, and developing the talent necessary to achieve region-level objectives.
  • Collaborating with region leaders and their teams to ensure Central Selling initiatives are supported as needed.
  • Participating actively in regular staff meetings and planning initiatives with regional leadership team to ensure the unique needs and offerings of the Central Selling business are being considered and integrated into the overall business.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience with direct and indirect report responsibility.
  • 4 years of experience in a management position in a retail environment or Contact Center.
  • 3 years of experience executing multiple programs.
  • 3 years of experience working across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of leadership experience with direct and indirect responsibility with large teams.
  • 5 years of experience working closely with leadership (Manager and above).

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:
