Job Overview: Frontend Coach (Complex) - WM
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Frontend Coach (Complex) - WM to join our team in Saint Cloud, MN. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and develop high-performing teams, drive financial performance and sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service. As a Frontend Coach, you will be responsible for teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback, as well as communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, and providing feedback through touring stores and utilizing the Tour-to-Teach methodology.
 - Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction to ensure alignment and drive success.
 - Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, and ensuring customer needs are successfully resolved.
 - Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses, and developing and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
 - Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing associate recognition, and communicating expectations consistently and effectively.
 - Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and identifying and communicating goals and objectives.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
 - For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required.
 - For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
 - Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
 - Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
 - General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
