Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Health Care Operations team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, processing Medicare contracts, and verifying certification for external producers/agents. You will be responsible for data entry, appointment scheduling, and may also supplement the background check review and documentation process as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, demonstrating empathy and compassion in every interaction
  • Process Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Supplement the background check review and documentation process as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in a production environment, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits
